Brand Hub
Keep your brand profile, tracked competitors and target audiences in one place so tracking and analytics read them correctly.
Brand Hub is where you keep your workspace's brand profile, the competitors Opttab compares you with, and your target audiences. Most of it is filled in during onboarding. Keep it current: analytics, citation ownership and prompt tags all read from it.
Open it from the sidebar under your workspace: Brand Hub (/brand-hub).
Who can edit: Owners and Admins. Members see every tab read-only. Brand Hub is on every plan. See Team and roles.
How it works
Brand Hub has three tabs: Brand Profile, Competitors and Target Audience. Unsaved edits survive switching between tabs.
Brand Profile
Open Brand Profile
It's the first tab. Most fields are pre-filled from onboarding.
Edit the fields
Change what you need — see the table below.
Save
Press Save. You see "Brand profile saved". Press Cancel to discard your edits.
| Field | What it's for | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Name | The name Opttab looks for in AI answers | Required, under 100 characters |
| Website | Your main site, for example acme.com. Citations of it count as yours | — |
| Other domains | Your other country sites. Citations of these count as your own | Up to 20 |
| Company Logo | Your logo | Upload |
| Socials | Your social profiles | Up to 10 |
| Target Location | Your main country | Required |
| Target Language | Your main language | Required |
| Tagline | A one-line summary | Under 160 characters |
| Description | What your brand does | Required, under 2,000 characters |
| Brand Identity | Tags that describe your brand | Up to 30 |
| Products / Services | Tags for what you sell | Up to 30 |

| Industry | Your industry | Required |

If citations of a country site such as acme.de don't count as yours, add it under Other domains. See How do I add another domain I own?.
Competitors
The brands Opttab tracks against you.
Add a competitor
Press Create Competitor. In Add Competitor, enter the Name and Website (both required), choose a Relation, and add Additional Notes if you like.
Edit one
Press a row to open Edit Competitor. Press Refresh logo from the website to update its logo.
Remove competitors
Press Delete Competitor in the drawer, or select rows and press Delete Selected (up to 200 at a time).
Use Search competitors and the relation filter to find a brand.
Relation tells Opttab how a brand relates to you:
| Relation | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Direct Competitor | A rival brand |
| My Brand | Another brand you own |
| Reseller | A retailer that sells your brand, so its listings aren't read as rivalry |
| No Relation | A brand you want to watch without calling it a rival |
| Ignored | A brand you don't want to treat as a rival |
Role in insights shows how Opttab reads each brand: Rival, Reseller, Supplier, Channel or Your brand, with the reason, such as "Sells your products in N AI shopping listings".
Leave the relation at Direct Competitor and Opttab reads the role from AI shopping answers. Any other choice overrides it.
When you delete a competitor, it's no longer tracked from the next run. Answers already collected keep their history.
Target Audience
The groups of people you want to reach. Audiences become tags on your prompts, and a Target Audience filter appears on prompt and analytics filter bars.
Add an audience
Press Create Audience. Enter a Name (under 120 characters), a Description (under 500 characters), and an Age Range from 18–24 to 65+, or Any age.
Manage audiences
Open an audience to edit it, Duplicate it, or Delete Audience. Prompts already tagged keep their tag after you delete it.
Export
Press Export audiences to download them as a CSV.
