Why can't I export my dashboard?
What to do when a dashboard CSV, JSON or PDF export fails.
The Dashboard Export menu offers Open in Google Sheets, Export CSV, Export JSON, Copy as CSV, Copy as JSON and Export PDF.
| Problem | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Could not download the CSV export." | CSV and JSON exports depend on your plan. | See Plans and billing. |
| Export PDF is greyed out | The PDF is built from what's on screen, so it waits until every card has loaded. | Wait for all cards to finish loading. Retry any card that failed. |
| Google Sheets asks for permission | The first export needs access to your Google Drive. | Allow access, then try again. |
| No Export button on the Prompts page | Prompt tables have no export. | Use the Dashboard Export menu, or the export menu on the Brand Visibility Trend card. |
Exports use the current period and filters, so check them before exporting.
