Why are there no ads in Ad Radar?

Common reasons Ad Radar shows no captured ads or no actions, and what to do.

Ad Radar shows only the ads AI assistants returned in answers to your tracked prompts. If it's empty, check these:

Cause	What to do
No ads were shown in the period	Ads appear only where an engine returned them. Pick a longer period, such as 30 days or 3 months.
Your prompts rarely trigger ads	Ads show up today on ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, mostly for shopping and commercial questions. Track more prompts like that in Prompts.
Your workspace is new	Insights appear after the first day or two of answers.
The wrong workspace is selected	Switch to the workspace that tracks the prompts.

No actions in Smart Insights & Actions?

"No actions yet" means no rule has found something to act on. An action you declined is hidden for 7 to 60 days, depending on the reason — check the Declined tab. Done actions are on the Done tab.

If you see "Ad Radar could not be loaded", refresh the page. If it keeps happening, contact Support.
