My invitation link expired
Why a team invitation stops working and how to get a new one.
Team invitations are valid for 7 days and work once. If you see "This invitation is no longer valid", the invitation expired, was cancelled or was already used.
If you were invited
Ask the person who invited you, or the account owner, to send a new invitation. Then open the newest email.
Signed in with a different email than the one invited? Sign out, then sign in or sign up with the invited address.
If you sent the invitation
There is no resend button. An owner or admin re-invites instead:
Cancel the old invitation
In Settings › Team › Pending invitations, click Cancel on the invitation. Expired invitations show their date in the Expires column.
Invite again
In Invite team members, enter the name and email, choose the workspaces and role, and click Send invites. Wait a minute if you just cancelled the same address.
