How often is data refreshed?
When Opttab asks AI engines your prompts and when the new answers show up in your metrics.
Each prompt has a Run Schedule: Daily, Weekly or Monthly. That decides how often Opttab asks it again on each AI engine. The options you can choose depend on your plan.
The timeline
- New prompts are due right away. Opttab checks for due prompts every 5 minutes, so the first answers usually start within minutes.
- After that, each prompt runs again on its schedule.
- Processing: once answers arrive, Opttab extracts mentions and citations, then sentiment. Sentiment can lag a little behind.
- While a run is in progress, the Dashboard refreshes its cards every 15 seconds.
- Days follow your workspace time zone (UTC by default).
To change how often a prompt runs, open it, click Edit and change Run Schedule. See Prompts.
