Opttab connects with the tools you already use so you can capture, share, and act on your tabs without switching contexts. Integrations let you send tabs to your note-taking apps, task managers, and team communication tools directly from the Opttab panel.

Available integrations

Notion

Save tabs and workspaces as Notion pages in any database or page you choose.

Slack

Todoist

Using the Notion integration

To save a single tab to Notion:
  1. Right-click any tab in the Opttab panel.
  2. Select Send to Notion.
  3. Choose the destination database or page.
Opttab adds a new entry with the tab’s title and URL. To export an entire workspace, right-click the workspace name and select Export to Notion. Opttab creates a new Notion page containing a list of all tab links from that workspace.

Using the Slack integration

To share a single tab:
  1. Right-click a tab in the Opttab panel.
  2. Select Share to Slack.
  3. Choose a channel from the list.
Opttab sends an unfurled link preview with the tab’s title and URL to the selected channel. To share a full workspace, right-click the workspace name and select Share to Slack, then choose a channel.

Disconnecting an integration

  1. Open Settings and click the Integrations tab.
  2. Find the connected integration.
  3. Click Disconnect.
This removes Opttab’s access token for that service. No data is deleted from Opttab or the connected tool.
Integrations require a Pro plan. To upgrade, go to Account SettingsSubscription and click Upgrade.
