Installing Opttab takes less than two minutes. Choose your browser below, follow the steps to add the extension, then sign in or create a free account to get started.
Type Opttab in the search bar and press Enter. Select the Opttab extension from the results.

Add to Chrome
Click Add to Chrome, then click Add extension in the confirmation dialog. Chrome will install the extension and display a confirmation message.

Open the Opttab panel
Click the Opttab icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the panel. If you don’t see it, click the puzzle-piece icon to view all installed extensions and pin Opttab to your toolbar.

Add to Firefox
Click Add to Firefox, then click Add in the permission dialog. Firefox will install the extension and notify you when it’s ready.

Open the Opttab panel
Click the Opttab icon in your Firefox toolbar to open the panel. If you don’t see it, open the Extensions menu and pin Opttab to your toolbar for easy access.

Open the Edge Add-ons store
Go to the Edge Add-ons store in your Edge browser.

Search for Opttab
Type Opttab in the search bar and press Enter. Select the Opttab extension from the results.

Get the extension
Click Get, then click Add extension in the confirmation dialog. Edge will install the extension and display a confirmation message.

Open the Opttab panel
Click the Opttab icon in your Edge toolbar to open the panel. If you don’t see it, click the Extensions icon and pin Opttab to your toolbar.
If you don’t have an Opttab account yet, you can create one directly from the extension.

Open the Opttab panel and click Create Account
Click the Opttab icon in your toolbar, then click Create Account in the panel.

Enter your email
Type the email address you want to use for your Opttab account.

Set a password
Choose a password for your account, then click Create Account.

Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from Opttab and click the confirmation link. Once verified, you’re signed in and ready to go.
A free account is required to sync workspaces and settings across devices. You can use Opttab in local-only mode without signing in, but your sessions won’t sync to other browsers or devices.
