Cannot Connect Account
Fix account connection issues on Opttab.
Problem
- Unable to link external accounts
- "Connection failed" error shown
Quick Fix
Check credentials
Ensure your username and password are correct for the connected service.
Allow permissions
Make sure you've accepted all requested permission prompts.
Retry integration
Log out, refresh, and try connecting your account again from Opttab.
